Balance + Strength + Flexibility for the Body and Mind
Mission
To share the benefits of yoga with those who may not understand it or have little access to it, to create and promote inclusive environments where Black people and other POC feel safe and welcome while practicing yoga, and to help people in the community develop balance, strength, and flexibility in both the body and mind through movement and breath.
